KROMS: Interoperable, intelligent and integrated energy management system
KROMS Project ´s objective is to develop an interoperable, open, end-to-end, multiprotocol and user focused system for the integration of telemetry equipment, sensors and actuators to create intelligent environments either domestic or industrial for energy saving.
Its main goal is to do research, development, integration and implementation of a complete end-to-end solution enabling Wi-Fi infrastructures service (M2M + WSN last mile) for the generation of intelligent domestic or industrial environments based on an interoperable, Intelligent and distributed energy management system and user focused.
The partners of the project are:
Grupo AIA´s role in the project is to lead the communication and virtual interface protocols and its main contribution will be to develop an intelligent control software model based on distributed AI, a field in which AIA has a long and proven expertise. Finally, it will also participate actively in the results dissemination.
The project is developed from 2012 to 2014.
Co-funded project by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) and the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness within the call for proposals 2012, and funds grants corresponding to The Public-Private Cooperation National Program – INNPACTO subprogram, under the instrumental line of Articulation and Internationalization of the System and Scientific research, development and Technological Innovation National Plan 2008-2011.
